Create a “Friends” or “Colleagues” list, invite the group by link, and add one page for each person receiving a gift.

Reservations are visible to the whole group, except to the person concerned, who keeps the surprise.

No. You can add them to the list without an account: they won't see anything of what's being planned.
Can you do a Secret Santa draw?
Yes: the Secret Santa draw is free and needs no account (the “Secret Santa draw” page, at the bottom of every page). Everyone gets their own link and finds out who they're giving to.
How many people can be in a group?
Up to 40 people per list, and as many participants as you need.
